I am such a procrastinator!
When I had time on my hands after I quit my job and had SIX full months to wait for the arrival of my child, I started thinking I could finally venture into blogging. Those six months passed, and in the midst of juggling diapers and milk bottles for the newborn, I was eager to share my renovation blog (We achieved two major life events: the keys to our Build-To-Order flat, and our child, within two weeks). And that was IT.....
Almost 5 years down the road, I am back!
I thought I would restart my posts, not because I had new developments to share...We are still trying for another child, and no, I am not keen to make a living out of blogging or anything. At least not with my lousy writing skills.
Revving up the engine on my blog again is due to a few reasons:
1) my wish to document some of my personal milestones/journeys,
2)share some of the things I have been trying to keep up with in the past 5 years(parenting, early childhood education in this day/age, baking, Korean dramas... haha)
3) because much of my online resources clipped in the past few years were in the now-defunct Springpad app. While the app developers had kindly provided a "few clicks" solution to migrate to another app Evernote, I have yet to find Evernote a worthy replacement for what I was using Springpad for. I was hoping to be able to organise them better using labels/tags here.
I hope my next post does not take another four years. Bye bye, for now...

My public blog
When I thought of blogging 2 months ago, I was initially fixed on maintaining a private blog, away from anonymous viewers halfway round the earth. Increasingly, I figured that there could be times when my posts weren't so "secret" or private after all.
